SessionFlow Privacy Policy

What SessionFlow stores

Everything you create in SessionFlow — tracks, sessions, albums, stages, parts, checklists, feedback notes, and any audio files you attach or record — is stored:

1. On your Mac, in the app's private storage, and
2. In your personal iCloud account (your private CloudKit database), if you are signed into iCloud. This is what lets your library appear on another Mac signed into the same Apple ID.

Your iCloud data is governed by your agreement with Apple and protected by your Apple ID. The developer has no access to it: private CloudKit databases are readable only by the account that owns them.

What SessionFlow collects

Nothing.

• No analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking
• No advertising or third-party SDKs
• No accounts, sign-ups, or passwords
• No network connections other than your own iCloud sync

The developer never sees your library, your audio, your clients' names, or anything else you put into the app.

This website

The app collects nothing; the website (session-flow.app) is more ordinary. It uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read — standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser, and device type, collected via cookies and processed by Google. No advertising, no selling of data, and nothing here connects to anything you do inside the app. If you block analytics with a browser extension or your browser's tracking protection, the site works exactly the same.

Microphone

SessionFlow requests microphone access only when you click "Record an idea." Recordings go directly into your library (on your Mac and your private iCloud) like any other attachment. Audio is never transmitted anywhere else.

Your files

Audio files you attach are copied into SessionFlow's own storage; your original files are never modified or moved. Backups you export go only where you choose to save them.

Data deletion

Deleting content in the app deletes it from your library and, via sync, from your private iCloud database. Uninstalling SessionFlow and removing its iCloud data (System Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage) removes everything.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of SessionFlow ever changes what is stored or collected, this policy will be updated first and the effective date revised.
